Abstract

The role of religion cannot be ignored that believes that politics can not be separated from religion formally. Politics is integral to religion. The separation of religion from politics is a wrong step in politics because everything we do in this world has been arranged by Allah and Rasulullah SAW. This role has ups and downs in accordance with the changing social and political structures. The purpose of this paper is to determine the muamalah law of politics in achieving a just and civilized government. This research is descriptive analytic describing the information obtained systematically, factually and accurately regarding the facts being studied, then an analysis is carried out on these facts. The result of this research is that muamalah law in politics is able to change society's perspective that politics is not dirty and slum but is a noble job, namely in finding leaders as in al-Qur'an and hadith it is said that we need to obey Allah the Messenger and leaders. Leaders should not fall into the hands of people who are not trustworthy, people who are not competent in their fields. This means that in muamalah politics needs to be carried out cleanly so that the elected leader is also a clean leader and can carry out tasks that uphold the values ​​of justice and bring civilization in the life of a state advancing in all aspects.
