Abstract

Hospitalisasi menjadi pengalaman sulit bagi pasien anak karena menimbulkan emosi negatif berupa kecemasan dan ketakutan yang dapat memunculkan penolakan dalam pengobatan. Salah satu bentuk kemajuan teknologi keperawatan adalah penggunaan robot yang dinilai dapat menurunkan emosi negatif anak yang menjalani hospitalisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan memuat kajian literatur tentang berbagai jenis robot yang mampu mengatasi perasaan cemas, stress, bosan, dan ketakutan anak selama di ruang rawat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review berdasarkan panduan dari Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (PRISMA) yang memasukkan e-resources dari CINAHL, ProQuest, Science Direct, Scopus, SAGE journals, dan jurnal nasional dari tahun 2018 – 2021. Dari 1.118 artikel yang disaring menjadi 10 artikel ditemukan data bahwa robot keperawatan berdampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan emosional anak yang menjalani hospitalisasi. Teknologi robot dinyatakan layak dan dapat diterima sebagai alat untuk mengalihkan emosi negatif selama hospitalisasi.
