Abstract

The implementation to measure the initial ability of teachers is carried out during routine visits by the supervisor to the target madrasah. At this implementation stage, the researcher collects preliminary data on the work of the teacher in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), so that the accuracy of the data from the research results can be accounted for. Based on the results of Supervision Action Research (PTKp) it can be concluded that: There is an increase in effectiveness and efficiency in the preparation of learning administration after supervision, where the initial score is 48.82 after supervision is carried out in the first cycle the score increases to 71.40 and becomes 87.06 in the first cycle. II Supervision of teacher learning administration is one of the main obligations of madrasa teachers that must be carried out to improve teacher professionalism
