The role of parents is very important to detect how the interests and talents of children from an early age, to determine the interests and talents of children can be with the help of experts, namely child psychologists. Learning is carried out in class or remotely if needed if there are obstacles to meeting in a class due to situations and conditions that are not possible. This study aims to determine the teacher's analysis in distance learning in the SDN/II Muara Bungo class for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.This research is a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documents. The validity test of the data used is the source triangulation test. Qualitative data analysis with data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study concluded that (1) the teacher's obstacles in distance learning for the 2020/2021 academic year in the process of teaching teachers encountered obstacles in distance learning (2) in the online learning process the teacher experienced problems or obstacles in the teaching and learning process and lacked attention or support. This causes students to be less than optimal in dealing with online learning. (3) lack of direct interaction from teachers to students. This is due to online learning. The research activity was carried out at SD Negeri 13 Koto Besar in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 school year in 5th grade students, totaling 30 students, consisting of 10 boys and 20 girls. After teaching and learning activities are carried out using the Example Non Examples learning model, student learning outcomes have increased. This is shown from the data obtained in the pre-cycle learning activities only 11 students who completed the 30 students or 36, 67% who reached the KKM standard. In cycle 1 there was an increase of 17 students who completed from 30 students or 56.67% who achieved the KKM standard, and cycle 2 increased to 23 students who completed or 76.67% who reached the KKM standard, and cycle 3 increased again to 28 students completed or 93.33% who reach the KKM standard. Then the description of the data obtained can be concluded that the use of the Example Non Examples learning model can improve student learning outcomes on photosynthesis material in green plants in class V SD Negeri 13 Koto Besar. Social work by using the project work method can give students enthusiasm in learning and avoid the monotonous teaching and learning process. The percentage of mastery learning applied in learning outcomes to the subject matter discussed in the pre-cycle is only 50%, and in the first cycle the value of the new child is 65%, and in the second cycle 95%.
