Abstract

This activity is purposed to socialize administrative arrangements carried out as one way to provide input to officials so that they can organize archives in accordance with existing provisions so that this socialization activity should serve as a guide for officials in carrying out the arrangement of archives under the applicable law. The method used in this service is to provide counseling and explanation to employees of the Tanjung Aur Lubuk Begalung, Padang City about the definition of the arrangement, the definition of administration, administrative functions, administrative elements, administrative arrangement. The result is that the administrative arrangement in Tanjung Aur Lubuk Begalung has been carried out by the urban village, but in its implementation, there are still many things that need to be addressed, in improving good and effective administrative arrangement, Tanjung Aur Lubuk Begalung needs to pay attention to the regulations governing administrative arrangement. This community service increases the competence of employees in the sub-district and can apply the knowledge given and can improve administrative arrangements in their offices.
