Dharmasraya Regency has significant potential for the development of freshwater fisheries; however, it still faces various challenges, particularly in business management that is not yet data-driven, non-digitalized production records, and limitations in accurate decision-making. This community service program aims to enhance cultivation productivity and efficiency through the utilization of a web-based Geographic Information System within the fish farmer group “Sakato Farm.” The activities were implemented using a participatory approach through stages of socialization, training, system implementation, and intensive assistance to partners. The proposed solutions include spatial-based mapping of cultivation ponds, digitalization of production and water quality records, automated reporting for each cultivation cycle, and strengthening data-based business management. The system enables integrated pond condition monitoring and supports faster and more precise decision-making. The results demonstrate improved digital skills among group members, systematic documentation of production data, and increased efficiency in cultivation management. Furthermore, the web-based system enhances business transparency and strengthens marketing strategies by providing more accurate production information. In conclusion, the utilization of a web-based Geographic Information System can be effectively implemented at the micro, small, and medium fisheries enterprise level as a digital transformation instrument that supports increased productivity and competitiveness. Future program development will focus on enhancing system features, replicating the model in other groups, and strengthening collaboration with local government and stakeholders to ensure program sustainability.
