Timpeh District has significant potential for developing freshwater fish farming, but still faces various challenges, particularly in feed efficiency, water quality management, and business management. This community service program aims to increase productivity and business independence through the implementation and mentoring of IoT-based Smart Fish Feeders for partners of the Air Tawar Jaya Fish Farming Group (Pokdakan Air Tawar Jaya). The program was implemented using a participatory approach, including outreach, training, technology installation, and operational assistance to partner groups. The solutions offered included the implementation of sensor- and microcontroller-based automatic feeders, a digital water quality monitoring system, and information system-based production recording. The implementation results demonstrated a 30% increase in feed efficiency, improved regularity of feeding schedules, and enhanced partner skills in operating modern aquaculture technology. Furthermore, the use of the monitoring system helped maintain water quality stability, thereby reducing the risk of fish mortality and increasing aquaculture productivity. Conclusions indicate that the implementation of Internet of Things-based automation technology can significantly improve business efficiency, productivity, and managerial capacity of fish farming groups. Follow-up to the program is aimed at developing a group-scale system, replicating the technology to other members, and strengthening partnerships with local governments and stakeholders to support program sustainability.
