The community service program entitled "Assistance in Digitalization of Farmers' Cooperative Financial Management" was implemented as an effort to increase the institutional capacity of cooperatives in managing business administration and finances effectively, transparently, and accountably. This activity was motivated by the condition of partners who still use a manual recording system so that the process of managing transaction data, preparing financial reports, and monitoring businesses has not run optimally. These problems have an impact on low work efficiency, limited financial information, and less than optimal data-based business decision-making. The program was implemented through a participatory approach with stages of activities that include socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation. The technology applied is a simple digital financial recording system designed according to the needs and capabilities of cooperative administrators so that it is easy to use and can be operated independently. Through training and direct practice, partners gain an understanding of financial administration management, transaction recording, and the preparation of business reports based on a digital system. The results of the activity show an increase in the understanding and skills of administrators in managing cooperative administration, the availability of a structured digital recording system, and increased order and accuracy of financial reports. In addition, the implementation of the digital system helps partners in monitoring business conditions regularly so that it can improve the quality of planning and decision-making. This program also had a positive impact on improving the professionalism of cooperative management and member confidence in the transparency of financial management. Overall, this community service activity made a significant contribution to strengthening community economic institutions through the use of digital technology. The mentoring model implemented is expected to serve as an example of sustainable, technology-based cooperative management innovation and can be replicated in other cooperative groups with similar characteristics.
