This community service activity aims to implement an industry-based Teaching Factory model in the Computer Network Engineering expertise program at SMK Terpadu Aswaja in order to improve students’ practical competencies aligned with industry needs. The method used in this program consists of several stages, including needs analysis between school and industry, design of the Teaching Factory learning model, training for teachers and students, and mentoring in the implementation of production and service activities related to computer network technology. The results show that the implementation of the Teaching Factory model is able to improve students’ technical skills in network installation, network device configuration, and information technology services oriented to industry standards. In addition, teachers gain better understanding in integrating project-based learning with the needs of business and industry sectors. The impact of this program is the creation of a more practical learning environment, increased student work readiness, and the establishment of collaboration between the school and industry partners to support practice-based learning. This model is expected to become an effective learning strategy in improving the quality of vocational school graduates.
