Dharmasraya Regency has significant potential in smallholder cattle farming but faces challenges in disease diagnosis and data-based business management. Limited access to veterinary services and manual health records often lead to delayed treatment and decreased livestock productivity. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of Kelompok Peternak Sapi Sejahtera through the implementation of a digital expert system for livestock disease diagnosis and business management strengthening. A participatory approach was applied through five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and sustainability planning. The results showed that 82% of cattle were diagnosed using the expert system, 72% of disease cases were detected earlier, and environmental disease cases decreased by 32%. Additionally, 85% of members were able to prepare simple financial reports, and 55% adopted digital bookkeeping applications. The program improved treatment cost efficiency by 30% and increased livestock product sales by 53%. The expert system implementation effectively enhanced livestock health, business efficiency, and farmers’ economic welfare.
