Traditional and modified sports are widely used in physical education learning, but in fact there are still many teachers and children who are not familiar with traditional sports and game modification. However, in particular the traditional sports that are socialized are sports originating from their respective regions, namely West Sumatra sports, while modification is an effort made to create and present something new, unique, and interesting. The method used is the socialization method which is divided into 3 stages, namely 1) the first stage namely orientation, where in this stage the team conducts participant conditioning starting from initial observations 2) Implementation in this activity all students practice game modification in class and outside the classroom, teaching traditional sports to students starting from the rules, how to do it, the tools used, and how to play the game 3) the third stage, namely evaluation, sharing together between the team and students and teachers who teach at SDN 06 Sitiung. Some teachers often complain about the lack of APE where they teach. One of the things that causes it is its relatively high price. But does it have to be discouraged? Of course, it is not the way to make your own APE needed and use it as needed (including for science development). </em></p> <p><em>Creating APE for science development doesn't have to cost you dearly. APE making can be done using low cost or even without cost at all because it utilizes used materials. APE made by teachers can be utilized as soon as possible. The use of APE can be collaborated with the right learning methods or models so that all aspects and intelligence of the child can develop, including science development. If you are able to create and use APE as needed, there is no reason for teachers or teachers not to be maximal in teaching. No more complaints that cost a lot of money. The research subjects were teachers, students and school principals. Collecting data in this study through interviews, observation and documentation activities. The results of this study reveal that the management of a class that will improve the learning achievement of deaf students at SLB B Dena Upakara is carried out by planning and organizing well and carefully, carrying out supervision to ensure implementation according to plan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk perbaikan prosedur penyusunan peraturan desa serta peningkatan kompetensi aparatur desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam penyusunan peraturan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah PAR (<em>Participatory Action Research</em>) yang terdiri dari beberapa rangkaian tahapan yaitu mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil pendalaman diketahui permasalahan terkategori sebagai berikut: (1) Penyusunan rancangan peraturan desa belum ditetapkan pada RKP Desa; (2) Teknik penyusunan masih rendah dan belum sistematis; (3) Kecenderungan pola budaya paternalistik, pelaksanaan evaluasi kurang maksimal. Dari beberapa permasalahan tersebut, maka membutuhkan diakannya pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan Peraturan Desa untuk aparatur desa dan BPD untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menciptakan produk hukum yang ideal.
