This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SD N 32 Tanjuang Bonai which consisted of two classes. The samples in this research were class IV A and class IV B. The instruments used in this research were test sheets and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a significant difference between the thinking abilities of students in the experimental class and the control class which applies differentiated learning. The average N-Gain gain score for the experimental class was 0.72 and the control class was 0.46. Theories such as Vygotsky's scaffolding concept, where someone will be able to achieve understanding with guidance from someone who understands better, as well as the concept of defragmenting, where by breaking down the structure of thinking from understanding the problem to solving the problem, someone can have their thinking ability facilitated, especially the ability to high level thinking or HOTS. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze these concepts to study scaffolding with the defragmenting method in HOTS problems. This research uses a literature study method to examine how the scaffolding approach with the method of defragmenting thinking structures can support students in understanding HOTS in mathematics. The main focus of this research is to examine: (1) The role of scaffolding in solving HOTS mathematics problems; (2) Scaffolding concept using the method of defragmenting thinking structures; and (3) Learning characteristics that apply this method. The main finding of this literature study states that mathematics anxiety is the main obstacle in students' understanding of HOTS. However, with a scaffolding and defragmenting approach, students can break down problems into smaller parts, facilitate understanding, and improve skills in HOTS. Thus, it can be concluded that the scaffolding approach using the defragmenting method has great potential to improve students' understanding of complex mathematical problems. This research is quantitative descriptive research with the research method being a survey method, namely data collection using only tests and measurements. The subjects in this research were 8 men's table tennis athletes from PRAPON Riau. The sampling technique used total sampling in which the entire population was taken as a sample. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistics to collect, present and determine values. The results of the research show that from the results of research data that has been carried out by researchers, the Vo2Max ability of male PRAPON Riau table tennis athletes using the 15 minute Balke test instrument on male PRAPON Riau athletes, totaling 8 athletes, had the highest Vo2Max value of 52.89 and the lowest 49.88. The overall average Vo2Max ability level of PRAPON Riau male athletes is 51.17 which is in the medium category. The technological approach is considered very relevant to be applied in MI/SD schools because we have now entered the era of the industrial revolution. Therefore, in curriculum development in MI/SD elementary schools, it is necessary to implement a technological approach in curriculum development. In fact, currently an independent curriculum is being implemented which aims to give students greater freedom in determining the course of their learning. This research aims to explore and analyze the use of technological approaches in developing an independent curriculum in elementary schools. The research was carried out using literature and qualitative review methods, namely looking for data from relevant previous research sources, then in-depth interviews with elementary/MI teachers who have implemented a technological approach to the independent curriculum. The research results show that the implementation of a technological approach can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning, and can facilitate students in achieving the learning goals that have been set. However, several obstacles were also found, such as minimal access to technology in the surrounding environment or difficulties in integrating technology into the curriculum as a whole. The obstacle factors analyzed were reviewed from several aspects adapted to the literature, namely; Aspects of teacher understanding of the philosophy and objectives of the Independent Curriculum, aspects of teacher pedagogical skills, aspects of teacher technology readiness, aspects of collaboration between teachers, aspects of administrative support, aspects of parent participation, aspects of resource availability. The research uses a qualitative survey approach with a case study design. This research involves selected teachers as participants, who provide in-depth insight through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The research results show that aspects of teacher understanding of the philosophy and objectives of the Independent Curriculum with a percentage of 83.60%, aspects of teacher pedagogical skills with a percentage of 85.20%, aspects of teacher technology readiness with a percentage of 79.33%, aspects of collaboration between teachers with a percentage of 84.27 %, administrative support aspect with a percentage of 85.73%, parental participation aspect with a percentage of 86.27%, resource availability aspect with a percentage of 85.33%. This research provides a foundation for changing educational policies and approaches to address these barriers. It employs a good strategy to connect theory and practice. The study seeks to analyze and describe Academic Supervision in Improving Teacher Performance Motivation to create Learning Devices. The population of this study is the teachers of SMPN 1 Sape-Bima who have implemented the independent curriculum. The research findings indicate that supervision is conducted twice a year at the beginning of each odd and even semester, and it is subject-specific. This research used a qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation studies. The subjects in this research were the principal, deputy principal, teachers and parents. Data analysis techniques with data condensation, data presentation, and data collection are displayed. The results of this research have two main themes, namely the Principal's Strategy in improving a quality culture and barriers to implementing a quality culture. The principal's strategies include improving quality, new adaptations, awareness of the implementation of quality culture in schools, quality of graduates, improving quality, developing human resource potential, the role of leaders, creating a positive environment, effective communication, forming a positive stigma in society, targets that need to be realized, encourage increased performance and capability of HR, stakeholder involvement. This study aims to examine the types of impoliteness strategies used by netizens in speaking in the comments column of Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel on the show <em>"Ganjar Pranowo Bicara Gagasan</em>" based on Jonathan Culpeper’s theory. In this study, the research design used is a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the types of impoliteness strategies used by netizens in commenting on the comment section of Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel on the "Ganjar Pranowo Bicara Gagasan" video uploaded in September 2023. Data will be obtained from transcripts of printed materials related to incivility, with Culpeper's theory as the basis of analysis. The results of this study identified four types of impoliteness strategies from 100 comments studied contain impoliteness strategies on the video, the four categories of impoliteness identified include: Bald on Record Impoliteness (25%), Positive Impoliteness (22%) with Insukting Others (3%), Rejecting Similarities with the Listener (1%), Diverting Topics that are Sensitive or do not want to be Discussed (5%), Using Inappropriate Code (1%), Not Interested in Conversation (6%), Look For Differences Opinion (4%), and Using Unclear and Confidential Language (2%), negative impoliteness (26%), and Sarcasm or Mock impoliteness (27%), while Withhold Politeness is not found because it can only be found in oral speech. Based on the analysis, Sarcasm or Mock Impoliteness (27%) is the most dominant type of impoliteness strategy. Textbooks and story books mostly contain stories from outside the region, which makes it difficult for students to understand them. The main aim of this research is to understand the needs of students and teachers in carrying out literacy activities in the school environment, as well as adding reading material that supports literacy activities for lower grade students at SD Negeri 1 Rendang. This research aims to develop literacy material for lower grade students using stories based on local wisdom, especially stories about Ngelawang in Bali, by applying a research and development approach. This research is limited to four development stages consisting of: 1) Identification of potential problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Preparation of teaching materials, and 4) Validation of literacy materials. The results of validation by experts show that the content score for developing literacy material for low grade students with the story of Ngelawang in Bali is 73, which in the Likert scale formula category is rated as very valid. The result of the research show that: (a) Validity is seen from the material expert’s response which received a percentage of 93,3% and the media expert’s response which received a percentage 0f 93,3% so that a very valid category was obtained. (b) Feasibility is seen from the educators’ responses which received a percentage of 95,8% in the very feasible category. This research aims to analyze the employment of politeness strategies by Prabowo Subianto in his speech at the CSIS Indonesia event using Brown and Levinson's theory as the analytical framework. The research design used was descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study identified four types of politeness strategies: 31 utterances using Bald on Record strategy (43.06%), 29 utterances using Positive Politeness strategy (40.28%), 6 utterances using Negative Politeness strategy (8.33%), and 6 utterances using Off Record strategy (8.33%). Based on the analysis, Bald on Record (43.06%) is the most dominant type of politeness strategy. From this finding, it can be concluded that Prabowo Subianto often expressed This shows that Prabowo tends to speak directly and firmly without paying much attention to aspects of gentleness or adjustments to the listener. The enthusiasm of students for the many projects created by teachers or even the government is huge. Sumber data dalam penelitian, yakni novel KDP karya Simpleman sedangkan data yang dianalisis berupa satuan sintaksis dan wacana yang memuat karakteristik realisme magis dan motif mistisisme dalam novel. The effective contribution of school climate perceptions to school well being is 49.7%. The research instrument was used to measure the 3 variables, namely the academic stress scale, hardiness scale and parental social support scale. The research data analysis method uses product moment analysis and regression. Research findings show that, (1) there is a negative relationship between hardiness and academic stress with rxy= -0.714, (p&lt;0.000); (2) there is a negative relationship between parental social support and academic stress with a value of rxy= - 0.712 (p&lt;0.000); (3) there is a stimulant relationship between parental social support and hardiness with academic stress with a value of r = 0.761, F= 135.72 (p&lt;0.000). The effective contribution of family social support and hardiness to academic stress was 57.9%. The purpose of this study is to create a smart board-based science learning media that focuses on ecosystem materials learned by grade V students at SDI Dheresia. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&amp;D) development research. The development model is ADDIE, which has five stages: analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The smart board media developed is valid and suitable for use in learning. Data collection instruments include expert validation questionnaires and student and teacher response questionnaires. The validation of media experts was 90.4%, the validation of material experts was 89.8%, and the validation of linguists was 88.6%. The researcher conducted a product feasibility analysis to a limited group, consisting of eight grade V students and one teacher. The results of the product feasibility analysis response from eight students obtained a total score of 88% with very feasible criteria and the teacher's response results obtained a total score of 94.4% with very feasible criteria. The likelihood of bullying actually occurring depends on many factors including the psychological state of the bully, possible support or cooperation from other group members, and the victim's reaction. As technology develops, comics are starting to innovate, from initially being in physical book form to digital form. Using digital comics as a learning medium is one learning innovation that can be implemented. Digital comics can be a combination of text, images and learning videos that provide audio and visual simulations that increase students' enthusiasm for learning. The use of this learning media can change the learning process in the classroom. Development of Comic-Based Learning Media to Increase Awareness of the Impact of Bullying on Self Esteem using research and development methods. Research and development is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. In this research, the product that will be produced is a digital comic entitled "bullying doesn't make you cool" to increase awareness of the impact of bullying on elementary school students' self-esteem. The digital comic-based learning media that was developed was implemented with 64 class IV students. The initial field trial, the subjects numbering 25 students from Kanisius Wonogiri Elementary School, showed a feasibility percentage result for digital comic-based learning media of 91.2%, including the very feasible category and an effectiveness result of 0.78, including the high category. A large-scale field test with 39 students from the Unggulan Nawa Kartika Islamic Elementary School showed that the results of the feasibility percentage for digital comic-based learning media were 93%, and the effectiveness results were 0.953 indicating the high category. This research concludes that the development of digital comic-based learning media is an effective approach to increasing awareness of the impact of bullying on elementary school students' self-esteem. Through the use of digital comics, students can more easily understand complex concepts regarding bullying and its impact on self-esteem. This is reflected in students' positive responses to the use of this media in learning. The research results also show that the use of digital comics can increase students' information retention. Through the visual and narrative experiences presented in comics, students tend to remember the information provided more easily. The type of research design is a quasi-experimental Nonequivalent Control Group design. The data collection instrument uses a critical thinking skills rubric. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, there are significant differences between experimental group 1 which applies the PBL model and experimental group 2 which applies the PjBl model. The prerequisite test results show that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous. The difference in the average value of critical thinking skills in the Problem Based Learning model is 74 and the Project Based Learning model is 79.92. So it can be interpreted that the Project Based Learning model is more effective than the Problem Based Learning model in terms of critical thinking abilities. These results are answered by the phenomenon in the field, there are still elementary school students who are not yet fluent in reading. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of reading corners to improve elementary school students' reading literacy. Qualitative research uses observation, interviews, documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively. The research results show that the Reading Corner plays a positive role in increasing students' access to reading materials and creating an environment that supports literacy culture. However, several obstacles were also found, such as limited book collections and a lack of active participation from all school members. This research provides recommendations for developing a more effective Reading Corner program in supporting the improvement of students' reading abilities. The results of the study on the implementation of the reading corner showed that 73% of students read fluently, 27% had difficulty. The aim of the research is to describe the types of dieksis from the data by means of descriptions found in the Simalem Deman folklore. The focus of this research is to identify variations in existence so that the amount of data that is dominant in literary works is known. Furthermore, the method used is descriptive qualitative with reading and note-taking techniques. The aim of this research is to determine the leadership style applied by the principal at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang. There are 4 types of leadership styles that may be applied by school principals, namely autocratic, laissez-faire, democratic and pseudo-democratic. This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method with the research location at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang, starting in July 2023 with the research subjects being principals, teachers, committee members and school supervisors respectively. This research data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The data that has been collected is then tested for validity by testing credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The ELSA Speak Application was utilized to determine the kinds of pronunciation faults made by second-year students at the English Department of FKIP Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. This study used a descriptive qualitative research design. The ELSA Speak Application and documentation were used to collect data from students' pronunciation diagnoses. Twenty students were selected as the sample, with the population of the study consisting of the students in the English Department at FKIP Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. The following are the conclusions: The majority of the sample found that they would "try again" and "almost correct”. Most of the ‘try again’ categories occurred when students pronounced words in which the sounds were not familiar in the student’s native language which is Bahasa Indonesia, such as /tʃ/. The other words with the ‘try again’ category are found when students pronounce words with subtle sounds and are called because the sound produced is close to a predictable sound so it can be concluded that every word can be understood such as /ŋ/, /v/. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA I SMA Negeri 2 Delima berjumlah 25 orang yang terdiri dari 7 perempuan dan 18 laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik tes dan nontes. Hasil tes menulis cerpen pada siklus I dengan rata-rata nilai mencapai 65,48 dan sudah mencapai kategori&nbsp; baik. Hasil tes keterampilan menulis cerpen pada siklus II mencapai 76,72 atau berkategori baik. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata tersebut hasil tes menulis cerpen siswa kelas X-4 SMA Negeri 2 Sigli sudah mencapai kategori baik dan mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebanyak 11,26 atau sebesar 45,04%. The experimental class achieved the best post-test score of 96 compared to the control class’ score 82.5. Using flipped classroom as a teaching model for writing descriptive text better than teaching writing without flipped classroom. The outcome of the t-test is 4.868. The value of 1.670 was derided by the researcher after referring to the t-table with significance level of 0.05. The t-test result shows that flipped classroom is affective in teaching descriptive text as indicated by the t-value surpassing the t-table value 1.671 at a significance level of 0.05. Ha has been admitted as meaningful, whereas Ho has been rejected. From the analysis, it can be conclude that the academic performance in writing of seventh grade students at University of HKBP Nommesen Pematangsiantar is substantially distinct between individuals who received instruction on writing using the flipped classroom compared to those who didn’t use flipped classroom. In each course: Paragraph Writing, many students can not start writing descriptive sentences where most do not know how to start them due to lack of vocabulary and difficulty in organizing ideas into effective paragraph structures. Therefore, this experimental research was conducted to determine the effect of The Pictorial Riddles Method on students' writing abilities. This study uses a quasi-experimental method using pre-test and post-test in the experimental and control groups, with a quantitative research design. The research sample taken was 2 classes consisting of 60 students, where PI. A2 consist of 30 students as an experimental class, and PI. A1 consist of 30 students as a control class. The results of this study found that the mean post-test of the experimental group was 78.2 and the mean of the control class was 61.3. This study also found that the t-test result was higher than the t-table, which was 3.2&gt;1.67 at df: 60 and the significance level was 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (ha) was accepted. Luaran wajib ditargetkan adalah Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi Peringkat 1-6. Kualitas produk meliputi aspek (1) kevalidan, yakni sebesar 83, 30% yakni kategori sangat valid untuk materi dan 94,44% yakni kategori sangat valid untuk media; (2) kepraktisan, yakni sebesar 84,23% yang berarti sangat praktis; dan (3) keefektifan, yakni 80% yang berarti efektif. Melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan seluruh aktivitas universitas akan menghasilkan nilai akreditasi yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses penyusunan program, pelaksanaan program, dan pengawasan dalam meningkatkan akreditasi pada Universitas Jabal Ghafur Sigli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas Wakil Rektor, Kepala LPM, Para Dosen dan mahasiswa di universitas tersebut. Seksi yang membidangi Madrasah pada Departemen Agama adalah Seksi Madrasah dan Pendidikan Agama Islam pada sekolah umum. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Paloh Padang Tiji menyelenggarakan kegiatan administrasi sekolah atau administrasi pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar, seperti administrasi sumber daya manusia, administrasi kemuridan, administrasi program pengajaran dan kurikulum dan pengelolaan sarana serta prasarana. Namun dalam kenyataannya semua jenis administrasi tersebut belum sepenuhnya dapat terlaksana karena ditemui beberapa faktor penghambat. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembinaan administrasi sekolah telah terlaksana pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Paloh Padang Tiji, hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, untuk memperoleh data di samping melakukan penelitian kepustakaan juga dilakukan penelitian lapangan, semua data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pembinaan administrasi sekolah pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Paloh Padang Tiji Kabupaten Pidie belum terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya. Hambatan yang ditemui, terbatasnya tenaga administrasi, terbatasnya guru dan prasarana serta sarana yang tersedia juga terbatas.
