Cuti merupakan keadaan tidak masuk kerja yang diijinkan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Cuti diberikan dalam rangka usaha menjamin kesegaran jasmani dan rohani maka dari itu cuti merupakan sebuah hak yang dimiliki oleh karyawan dalam masa kerja tertentu. Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini membawa dampak yang baik bagi manusia, dalam hal ini khususnya bagi sebuah perusahaan, dimana teknologi dapat mempermudah kegiatan manusia. Salah satu implementasi teknologi informasi yang sangat banyak diterapkan pada perusahaan yaitu sistem informasi kepegawaian. Diantara aplikasi penting dalam sistem informasi kepegawaian adalah aplikasi pengajuan cuti, yang berfungsi untuk mengelola cuti pegawai, dimana pegawai mengambil suatu keadaan untuk tidak masuk kerja yang diijinkan dalam waktu tertentu. Perancanagan sistem bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ditemui dalam pengelolaan cuti pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Rimbo Dua Kabupaten Tebo dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yaitu: operasi dan pemeliharaan, integrasi dan pengujian sistem, implementasi dan pengujian unit, desain sistem dan perangkat lunak, analisis dan definisi persyaratan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa sistem pengajuan cuti yang terkomputerisasi diasumsikan dapat memudahkan admin dan karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Rimbo Dua Kabupoaten Tebo memperoleh data pengajuan cuti yang lebih tepat, cepat dan akurat. Adanya sistem pengajuan cuti ini, resiko kehilangan data pengajuan cuti akan berkurang karena sudah tersimpan rapi didalam database dengan aman.

Moora's Method for Determining Preferred Pesticides for Rice Crops

The Jambak farmer group has difficulty in determining the preferred pesticide fertilizer because the decision-making process still uses manual methods, so the decision results are not precise and inaccurate. The purpose of this study is to help the Jambak farmer group determine the preferred pesticide fertilizer using the Decision Support system (SPK) with the Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, this method is able to optimize a number of different attributes simultaneously. This SPK system is implemented into the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study show that the best choice pesticide is Wingran with a total value of 0.2037. The use of this system can help the Jambak Farmers Group determine the preferred pesticide fertilizer appropriately and accurately.

Prediction of the Number of New Students in the Information Systems Study Program at Adzkia University Using the Monte Carlo Method

This research aims to predict the number of new students in the Information Systems Study Program at Adzkia University using the Monte Carlo method. The Monte Carlo method was chosen because of its ability to handle variability and uncertainty in historical student enrollment data. The data used in this research is data on students who registered from any pathway during the last 3 years. The simulation process is carried out by creating a probabilistic model from historical data and iterating until a prediction distribution is obtained. The research results show that the Monte Carlo method provides fairly accurate estimates of student predictions for the following year, namely (numbers) which can be used for strategic planning for new student admissions in the future. In conclusion, the use of the Monte Carlo method can be an effective tool in predicting the number of new students and assisting universities in making better decisions regarding student admissions.

The financial management of a cooperative is the mobilization, organization and direction of human efforts to make effective use of materials and facilities to achieve a goal. In this savings and loan process, the funds in the Lubuk Karya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) try professionally to manage finances with the aim of prospering the economic life of the group. Cooperative fund management must be carried out effectively and efficiently, this condition also needs to be managed by implementing modern management functions. The Lubuk Karya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) is a financial management process such as money coming in and money going out that is often inaccurate. So that the process of accuracy of old data with new data often occurs inappropriately. This problem occurs because the data recording system is still manual and has not been integrated into the database system. The financial management system is a system that has been integrated with the database, which is expected to be able to manage the financial reports of members of the Lubuk Karya KUD in a transparent manner. So as to provide satisfaction for system users or cooperative members to get accurate information. Because the sources of financial funds that will be managed transparently are sourced from several types, namely from fertilizer factories, USP, Scales as well as the expenditure process for renting heavy equipment at the Lubuk Karya KUD.

Pengembangan Media TETAS (Tebak Aktivitas) untuk Meningkatkan Kosakata Siswa Kelas 1 SD 4 Karangbener

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi kelayakan pada media pembelajaran yang berupa media TETAS (Tebak Aktivitas) aktivitas sehari – hari pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas I. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode R&D dengan model ADDIE menurut dick and carry. Subjek yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yakni siswa kelas I dengan jumlah 27 siswa, yang terdiri 13 orang laki-laki dan 14 orang perempuan, SD 4 Karangbener Bae, Kabupaten Kudus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket untuk guru dan siswa. Efektivitas penelitian diukur menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dianalisis berdasarkan kategori dan kriteria penilaian untuk kelayakan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, media pembelajaran TETAS berhasil dikembangkan dan mendapat skor 4,76 dari respon guru, yang dikategorikan sangat baik. Selain itu, respon siswa mendapatkan skor 4,95 dengan kategori sangat baik (dapat digunakan sebagai contoh pembelajaran). Kedua, hasil pretest siswa rata-rata 50 meningkat menjadi 74,09 setelah penggunaan media TETAS, dengan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 24,09 atau 48,18%. Dari perolehan skor tersebut maka, media TETAS dapat dikatakan efektif dan layak dicontoh untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata siswa SD 4 Karangbener.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of parenting in increasing parents' awareness of children's use of gadgets. The research method used is a qualitative method with a field study approach and data analysis using observation and interview techniques. The results of this research explain that parenting activities in increasing parents' awareness of children's use of gadgets make parents aware of the importance of supervision and positive parenting discipline towards their use. gadgets for children. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with parents, it was explained that parenting patterns had changed towards being better in supervising children using gadgets. Parents have control, accompany the child and better understand the child's needs and participate in every child's activities, including accompanying the child if the child really needs a gadget. The parenting activities carried out produce synergy in the learning process at school and at home so that children can be more directed and controlled in using gadgets positively.
