Undang-undang No. 5 Tahun 2014 is the legal basis to guarantee civil servants and can be used as the basis for regulating the preparation of good and correct state apparatus. Within the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, Solok Regency itself, there are often violations related to violations of civil servant discipline, such as doing things that can reduce the honor of the State and Government, such as being absent during working hours, entering prohibited places so that it can eliminate public trust and the dignity of employees. Civil State itself. In this institution of SMA Negeri 1 Lembang Jaya, there are still civil servants of SMA Negeri 1 Lembang Jaya who are late to school or to the office who do not attend without any news and teachers who do not make teaching tools. However, violations that often occur, such as civil servants at SMAN 1 Lembang Jaya are late to the office and do not attend without explanation during working hours, then Based on this background and the many problems regarding the discipline of Civil Servants, the author formulates the problem of how to increase the discipline of Civil Servants based on Article 86 paragraph (2) of Undang-Undang No. 5 Tahun 2014 concerning ASN in SMA 1 Lembang Jaya. Research Methods and Approaches used in this research is sociological juridical, namely an approach that emphasizes the legal aspect, with regard to the subject matter to be discussed related to the practice in the field so that it can solve a problem by collecting data and analyzing it. The results in the field that the authors get are that SMAN 1 Lembang Jaya has implemented the disciplinary regulations since the Act was enacted. While in reality on the ground in the context of implementing civil servant discipline within the scope of SMAN 1 Lembang Jaya, the author sees this because it is influenced by several factors, including: other things are the lack of facilities and infrastructure, the low awareness of the civil servants concerned, the lack of disciplinary tools and regulations and the lack of guidance provided by SMAN 1 Lembang Jaya. socialization of Civil Servant Discipline, giving strict sanctions to employees who violate discipline, providing guidance and supervision and having gratitude from the employee concerned.
