The research was conducted at SDN 10 Koto Baru using a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The sources of data consisted of the principal, teachers, and the condition of learning facilities available at the school. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that SDN 10 Koto Baru has various learning facilities such as classrooms, a library, projectors, interactive boards, student desks and chairs, and a school environment that adequately supports the learning process. However, the utilization of these facilities has not been optimal due to limited training in the use of educational technology, a lack of interactive learning media, and inadequate management and maintenance of educational facilities. The optimization of learning facilities has been proven to improve the effectiveness of learning, students’ learning motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. Proper utilization of facilities can also create a more active, creative, innovative, and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that learning facilities play a significant role in improving the quality of learning. Therefore, collaboration among school principals, teachers, students, and parents is necessary to maximize the use and development of learning facilities in order to enhance the quality of education at SDN 10 Koto Baru.
