Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara aktivitas jasmani dan tingkat kecemasan anak di SD Negeri Rora, Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional yang melibatkan siswa kelas IV, V, dan VI pada periode Februari–Maret 2026. Sebanyak 138 siswa ditetapkan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menerapkan teknik total sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui instrumen berupa angket aktivitas jasmani dan tingkat kecemasan yang menggunakan skala Likert lima tingkat. Analisis data mencakup statistik deskriptif, pengujian normalitas, uji linearitas, serta analisis korelasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas jasmani memiliki nilai rata-rata 37,05 dengan standar deviasi 5,519, sedangkan tingkat kecemasan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 36,91 dengan standar deviasi 5,868. Pengujian normalitas menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memenuhi asumsi distribusi normal, sementara hasil uji linearitas mengindikasikan adanya pola hubungan linear yang signifikan antara aktivitas jasmani dan tingkat kecemasan. Selanjutnya, analisis korelasi menghasilkan koefisien sebesar 0,664 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kekuatan hubungan yang tergolong kuat. Dengan demikian, peningkatan skor aktivitas jasmani dalam data penelitian ini cenderung disertai dengan peningkatan skor tingkat kecemasan anak. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mungkin berkaitan dengan munculnya hubungan positif tersebut, termasuk intensitas aktivitas fisik, kelelahan, tekanan performa, serta aspek psikososial yang dialami anak.
