Profile This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) based on local wisdom in Sorong City Elementary Schools. The research focus includes planning, implementation, challenges and impacts of the P5 program which is integrated with the local wisdom values of the Papuan people. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, students and stakeholders, observations of program implementation, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman interactive analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of P5 based on local wisdom in Sorong City Elementary Schools has been running by combining the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile with Papuan cultural values. The school has developed learning projects that integrate local wisdom such as traditional arts, regional languages, and local community value systems. The main challenges faced include limited resources, variations in teachers' understanding of P5, and the complexity of integrating local wisdom into the formal curriculum. However, this program has had a positive impact in the form of strengthening student character, increasing appreciation of local culture, and creating more contextual learning. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of P5 models that are adaptive to local contexts. The research findings can be a reference for other schools in developing similar programs and for policy makers in improving P5 implementation guidelines in regions with unique cultural characteristics.
