THE EFFECT OF USING CLUSTERING TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING DESCRIPTIVE TEXT FOR TENTH GRADE AT SMKN 13 BUNGO

Absract
This research is experimental research. The main purpose of this research was to know is there any significance effect of clustering technique toward student’s writing ability at the ten grade of SMKN 13 Bungo in descriptive text. The implementation of clustering technique in teaching writing is one of the way to know is the effect of clustering technique in teaching writing ability or not. In this research this technique was implemented at the ten grade of OTKP SMKN 13 Bungo at second semester at 2023/ 2024 academic years. . in this research, the data obtained by researchers was normal distribution with the level of significance for the experimental class pre-test results had a significance of 0.307 and the experimental class post-test results had a significance of 0.691. Then for the level of significance from control class for pre-test was 0.071 while the post-test was 0.471. it can be conclude the pre=test and post test from experimental class and control class had normal distribution because the level of significance > 0,05.
