PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROJECT BASED LEARNING PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN 4C (COLLABORATION, COMMUNICATION, CRITICAL THINKING, CREATIVITY) PADA SISWA

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode semi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimental untuk menguji pengaruh Project-Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap pengembangan keterampilan 4C (Kreativitas, Berpikir Kritis, Komunikasi, dan Kolaborasi) di kelas VIII SMP Swasta Nasrani 2 Medan. Implementasi proyek Peer-to-Person digunakan sebagai strategi untuk mencapai peningkatan keterampilan 4C dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini melibatkan 36 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel praktis, yang dipilih berdasarkan kemudahan akses serta efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana untuk mengukur hubungan antara penerapan PjBL dengan peningkatan keterampilan 4C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PjBL dalam Kurikulum Merdeka terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan 4C siswa. Analisis statistik menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 86,1%, sehingga menegaskan bahwa PjBL merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang relevan untuk mendukung kompetensi abad ke-21.
