Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pasien dengan kanker memiliki beberapa masalah yang dirasakan secara fisik ataupun psikososial yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidupnya. Peran perawat dianggap sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Pelaksanaan telehealth dengan berbagai jenisnya diharapkan menjadi bantuan dari segi digital dalam melakukan perawatan bagi pasien kanker secara menyeluruh. Tujuan: mengetahui kombinasi penggunaan telehealth pada pasien kanker. Metode: telaah literatur secara sistemik dengan menggunakan database elektronik berupa CINAHL, Scopus, Sage Journals, dan Science Direct. Kriteria inklusi: artikel yang di publikasikan tahun 2017-2022, berbahasa Inggris, tersedia dalam full text, membahas tentang penggunaan telehealth pada pasien kanker. Kriteria ekslusi: artikel yang terbit sebelum tahun 2017, serta artikel yang tidak berhubungan dengan penggunaan aplikasi telehealth pada pasien kanker. Hasil: Berdasarkan 10 artikel didapatkan bahwa adanya peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan kombinasi telehealth seperti tele motivasi, telepaliatif, teleoncology di mana diharapkan pada pelaksanaannya bisa dikombinasikan sehingga peran perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan bisa tercapai.
