This study aimed to analyze the relationship between workload and the completeness of nursing care documentation at RSIA Moelia Muara Bungo. The research employed a cross-sectional design with a total sampling of 33 respondents. Data collection utilized workload questionnaires and documentation completeness observation sheets. The results showed that the majority of respondents had moderate workload (57.6%) and performed incomplete documentation (72.7%). Bivariate analysis using the Spearman Rho test revealed a significant relationship between workload and nursing care documentation completeness (p=0.006; r=0.466). Higher workload correlated with more incomplete documentation. The imbalance in the nurse-patient ratio and task complexity were the main factors contributing to this phenomenon. Optimization of workload through adjustment of healthcare personnel ratios and implementation of electronic documentation systems is recommended to improve the quality of nursing care documentation.
