Abstract

This legal writing aims to find out how the procedure for issuing land certificates in Dharmasraya Regency is carried out, then to find out the inhibiting factors and efforts in implementing the procedures for issuing land title certificates in Dharmasraya Regency, this legal research is qualitative in nature and when viewed from the objective it includes in descriptive legal research. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques used include: interviews, field observations and literature study in the form of books, laws and regulations, documents and so on. Based on this research it can be concluded: the implementation process of issuing land title certificates is not good enough in terms of time, this can be seen from the many complaints of the community about timeliness, as well as people who do not understand the requirements for carrying out land registration, this is due to the lack of socialization of the Land Office of Dharmasraya Regency towards applicants who carry out land registration, the efforts made by the Dharmasraya Regency Land Office are to provide counseling to the community, improve the quality of expert officers, as well as larasita, besides that the community or applicant also takes steps such as directly to the Office of the National Land Agency or using Notary / PPAT services.
