IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK DI SMK NEGERI 1 RANDUDONGKAL KABUPATEN PEMALANG

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program (SRA) at SMK Negeri 1 Randudongkal, Pemalang Regency. The research focus includes the process of planning, implementing and evaluating the SRA program, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Research subjects included school principals, teachers, students and school committees. The research results show that the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program at SMK Negeri 1 Randudongkal has gone well, marked by the creation of a learning environment that is safe, comfortable and protects children's rights. This program has succeeded in increasing student participation in learning, reducing levels of violence in schools, and developing positive character in students. The main supporting factors include the principal's commitment, active involvement of teachers and staff, and support from stakeholders. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include the limited understanding of some stakeholders about the SRA concept and obstacles in providing child-friendly infrastructure.
